These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Gut Score app and website operated by Token Labs Limited. By using Gut Score, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Gut Score helps you scan and log food, view processed-food scores, and track calories and related nutrition information. Scores and nutrition data are estimates based on product labels, Open Food Facts, and AI analysis. They are for general information only — not medical advice.

Gut Score does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified health professional about diet, allergies, or medical conditions. Do not rely on the app as your sole source of nutrition or safety information.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may use the app as a guest without an account; guest data stays on your device until you sign in.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to break rate limits or security controls, scrape or reverse engineer the service, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Pro features on iOS are sold through Apple's App Store. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple's terms. Trial and subscription status may also be verified through RevenueCat. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

Gut Score, its branding, mascot, and software are owned by Token Labs Limited or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. Open Food Facts and third-party data remain subject to their own licences.

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that scores and nutrition data are complete or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Token Labs Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on information in the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or £10.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date means you accept the revised Terms.
